First Round: Arrive at 6:45pm, grab your drinks, and be ready to start exactly at 7pm. We start with intros (if there are any new members) and an icebreaker question.

Rose / Thorn / Bud / Ask: Members share business successes (rose), challenges (thorn), new ideas (bud), and get experience sharing, feedback, and advice from their peers (ask).
Hot Seat: 1-2 members with an urgent decision, problem, or opportunity get extra time for help from the group.

Accountability: Set and track a monthly goal. Each member recaps last month’s commitment and result, then sets a new commitment for the next 30 days. One goal achieved per month compounds quickly.

Who should apply?
There is a demand for in-person learning, camaraderie, and accountability in our remote world, and our local peer cohort is the solution. So who gets drafted and who doesn't make the cut in Executive Draft chapters?
Drafted: Full-time business owners, founders, CEOs, and presidents actually running a company.
Cut: People who want to sell to the room instead of learn from it. Consultants prospecting, "idea guys," and wantrepreneurs don't make it past screening. Strict no-solicitation rule enforced.
No revenue minimum. A $400K small business owner and a $64M startup hit the same walls: hiring, ops, scaling sales, margins, tech, etc. The size differs; the problems rhyme. We never gate you out the way EO ($1M+) and YPO ($12M+) do.
What is the pricing?
$0. Accepted members pay nothing. Executive Draft is sponsor-funded. Sponsors help underwrite the community while Executive Draft maintains strict standards around who gets into each chapter.
But that said, we do have The 2-Strike Rule to hold you accountable for showing up monthly. We expect members to attend at least 10 of 12 meetings each year. Miss 2 meetings without an approved exception, and you're out. This isn't a networking event you drop into when convenient. Your 8-person group depends on you being there and holding them accountable.

Nationwide. We focus on the second-tier cities EO and YPO overlook, and we're expanding. You will be placed in a local chapter based on availability. If demand is high in your area, you’ll be added to a waitlist until a new chapter has at least 5 members (5-8 is the optimal chapter size).
